Previously my wife and I had wonderful hydrotherapy treatments and hot stone massages. This time I was on a business trip alone and had enough extra time before my flight to stay over night and schedule a Reiki Massage.

My massage therapist, Alicia, was exceptionally skilled and is an all around pleasant person. It was one of the best massages I have ever had and I have 6 or 7 per year at locations around the world for the last decade. For those considering local options, I've had massages at the spas at Saddle Brook Resort and Sanibel Harbor Resort but Spa Sereno was a better experience in my opinion.

I cannot imagine getting an effective Reiki treatment while hassling with drapings... The more relaxed atmosphere that a clothing optional facility provides cannot be over sold. I've had 4 star spa treatments around the world, and my repeated exceptional service experiences at Spa Sereno make it one of my favorites. Grant

First of all, thank you for all of the hard work and effort that was put into our Bachelorette Party this past weekend. The spa experience was nothing less than AMAZING! How could we not love a chocolate fountain and fresh fruit???

The girls had a great time and we were completely spoiled by all of the special treatments you provided. The day of facials, massage, pedicures and wraps was out of this world. Although the schedule was thrown "a bit" off track, which was completely out of your control, the experience was something I will always remember.

Special thanks to the staff who prepared our wonderful lunch, the tomato and mozzarella was my favorite! Thank you also to Maria for coordinating this (bless you!), Gary, Alicia, Chad, Brenda, the ladies in the front and anyone else who helped with our event. Dana M

During a regular facial with Maria, she brought my attention to several dark spots on my face. On her suggestion, I scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist who diagnosed major sun damage which, if untreated, could lead to skin cancer.

After a consultation with Maria, we decided on a series of aggressive Micro Dermabrasion treatments. After several treatments the brown spots faded tremendously and some disappeared completely. With the Micro Dermabrasion treatments, we used Pevonia Botanical products which were essential to my skin care success.

Presently, I am on a maintenance program and I am scheduled for regular facials and I maintain a daily & weekly facial routine at home using Pevonia. Thank you Maria and Spa Sereno for my great looking skin! Jan F.

Dear Suzie, I wanted to send you a letter to let you know how much I enjoyed (and miss) the treatments I received at Spa Sereno. Spa Sereno truly rivals Canyon Ranch Spa in Las Vegas. Not only are the prices decent but your staff is beyond compare! The first time I called to make an appointment and was helped by Lorraine I knew this spa was going to be special.

In the past, I went to a plastic surgeon’s office to have Micro Dermabrasion treatments but was lucky enough to find out that Maria does them at your spa. The results I had from my treatments with Maria were much better than I could have hoped for. The equipment was the same as what was used at the doctor’s office but the outcome was better. I was able to go out immediately afterwards and everyone commented on how good my skin looked. One of my friends actually started her treatments with Maria after seeing my results.

Another reason I plan on getting my future Micro Dermabrasion treatments from Maria is that she is always available to answer any questions I have about my skin and offers suggestions on skin care that actually work! It would not be an exaggeration to say that we plan future trips to Caliente around scheduled treatments with Maria.

Not only were the treatments with Maria wonderful (which also included facials, waxing and even a Moroccan Cocoon wrap), I also received the best pedicure and manicure I ever had from Renate!

I was really impressed with the friendliness of the people because they were very professional, polite, nice and with a smile. This was one of the nicest cleanest spas I have been in and it was more than I expected. I will come back. Some places you never want to return to but here – with all the friendliness and great treatments, it definitely makes me want to return.
